To acheive this we utilise a combination of processing methods to our production.

Two main processes are:

1. Open Moulding
A traditional process using a single mould face to prepare & hand laminate the product.

Benefits Include:
  • Controlled laminate weight & thickness for stiffness & strength.
  • Imperfections easily identified at time of processing
  • Lower cost tooling
  • Lower cost materials




2. Closed Moulding
Modern resin injection process using matched closed moulds to infuse resin into a cavity to product a product.

Benefits Include:
  • Quality finish internal & external part
  • Highly controlled laminate properties
  • Excellent dimensional part tolerances
  • Higher production rates per mould
